Phần mềm phát triển lập trình nhúng PAC ICP DAS ISaGRAF
What is ISaGRAF?
ISaGRAF is the most powerful SoftLogic package on the market. ISaGRAF is a PLC-like software running on Windows 95, 98, NT 2000, XP, Vista and Windows7.
It supports IEC 61131-3 standard PLC programming languages - Quick Ladder (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Structured Text (ST), Instruction List (IL) plus Flow Chart (FC) and can run the application generated by the workbench on any ISaGRAF PACs. Additionally, for the ultimate in power and flexibility, ISaGRAF supports off-line simulation, on-line debugging, monitoring, and control.

(1) All-in-one design environment:
ISaGRAF provides an all-in-one design environment - ISaGRAF Workbench, which can be installed in Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Windows7 (32-bit), Windows7 (64-bit, Professional Edition with XP mode; Home Edition with VM ware) users can fully use the workbench to design the ISaGRAF series PAC which in different types or different platforms. That means the user just needs to learn the single software, can run the application in different PACs (Programmable Automation Controller).
(2) Provide six PLC syntax:
ISaGRAF is the software that supports five of IEC 61131-3 PLC Language, including Sequential Function Chart (SFC)、Quick Ladder Diagram (LD)、Function Block Diagram (FBD)、Structured Text (ST) and Instruction List (IL)five language, it also supports sixth PLC language - Flow Chart (FC). This flexibility enables users to choose the language that best suits their knowledge, style and the nature of the application.
(3) Easily integrate into the HMI software and MMI:
ISaGRAF supports the Modbus communication protocol; the user-designed application can be easily connected to the various types of HMI software (e.g., eLogger) and MMI.

Software Features
Uploading the Program in the ControllerISaGRAF supports uploading feature. The program which is compiled can be set as “uploadable”, and then download to the controller to run. After that, at any time, any day, the program can be upload by ISaGRAF.
ISaGRAF workbench running on the PC can connect to the controller via Ethernet, RS-232 or RS-485 cable. All variable's state, graphic program's state, I/O state can be displayed on PC's screen. Users can also give a command to switch On/Off Boolean variable or set the value to an integer, real, timer or message variables.
ISaGRAF installed on PC can run to simulate the user's program without the controller nearby. This helps the user to debug his program in the office even controller is not available.
This feature is very useful when the real Input/Output device is not available or not reachable or sometimes is not allowed to change value or state for testing. ISaGRAF can “Lock” these I/O variables which you want to test to become internal virtual I/O. Then the user can easily debug his application with every input condition he wants to test, and the locked output will not do real output, it becomes virtual.
ISaGRAF PAC support on-line-change function (or called on-line-modification). User doesn't need to stop the old program while downloading a new program to replace it. The program must follow the on-line-modification rules of the ISaGRAF.
Auto-scan I/O is an ICP DAS added-on tool for ISaGRAF PAC to auto-scan I/O boards and auto-declare variables for every found I/O channel. It is very convenient for the user to easily configure the I/O and variables for the first time.
Spotlight is a simple HMI coming with ISaGRAF workbench and running on PC which allows users to build Boolean Icon, Bar Graph, Trend Curve, Value Text, Bitmap Picture to make an application more friendly.
ISaGRAF Workbench provides backup and restores functions. The function allows the user to save the ISaGRAF projects and libraries on a hard-disk or backup directory. Sometimes, you maybe want to backup the projects for technical support or restore the latest library files.
When the project is in a programming stage, the user can download it to the controller and on-line check the dynamic graphical program to achieve real-time debugging.
The following PAC fully supports all five of the IEC61131-3 standard PLC languages:
1. Ladder diagram
2. Function block diagram
3. Sequential function chart
4. Structured text
5. Instruction list
6. Flow chart
It supports Modbus protocol and can link to distributed I/O modules with Modbus or DCON protocol via the RS-232/485 or Ethernet.
