The ICS6400TSN series is a 12/20-port 10G hybrid clock-sensitive network switch, a three-layer industrial Ethernet switch that integrates the time-sensitive network (TSN) feature. The product provides 10G SFP+ slots and 1G electrical ports, and can negotiate port speed and duplex mode with the peer device through auto-negotiation. It adopts DIN rail installation to meet the needs of different application sites.
Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) is a set of protocol standards developed by the IEEE802.1 TSN task group. This standard defines a time-sensitive mechanism for Ethernet data transmission. It allows some traffic packets to be forwarded first, uses a gating scheduling mechanism to clear lines, and reserves bandwidth to ensure the transmission performance of business traffic in Ethernet. It adds certainty and reliability to standard Ethernet to ensure that Ethernet can provide a stable and consistent service level for the transmission of critical data. The currently supported time-sensitive network basic protocols include: IEEE 802.1AS, IEEE 802.1Qbv, IEEE 802.1Qbu, IEEE 802.1CB, IEEE 802.1Qci, IEEE 802.1Qcc (Netconf/Yang), etc.
The network management system supports a variety of network protocols and industry standards, such as IPv6, PTP, TSN, RIP, OSPF, PIM, VRRP, ISIS, NAT, Ring, STP/RSTP/MSTP, MRP, ERPS, VLAN, IGMP/MLD, IGMP/MLD Snooping, DHCP Server/Relay, LLDP, LACP, port mirroring, etc.; it has complete management functions, supports SNMP centralized management, port statistics, storm suppression, network diagnosis, online upgrade, etc.; it can support CLI, HTTP, HTTPS, TELNET, SSH, Netconf and other access methods. The network management system has a friendly interface design, simple and convenient operation, and can bring you a good user experience.
The DC power supply consists of two independent power supply circuits, ensuring that the device can still operate normally when one power supply fails. The design of the dip switch can restore the device to factory settings. When a link failure occurs in the power supply or port, the ALM alarm light will be highlighted and an alarm will be sounded, and the alarm device connected to the relay will also sound an alarm, so that the fault can be quickly troubleshooted on site. The hardware adopts a fanless, low-power, and wide-temperature design. It has passed rigorous testing in accordance with industry standards and can adapt to industrial field environments with strict EMC requirements. It can be widely used in industrial fields such as rail transportation, smart cities, new energy, smart mining, and intelligent manufacturing.
